Chuck Roast



Generously marbled, our Chuck Roast is full of rich, meaty flavour. Try this wonderfully juicy cut of slow cooked for a perfectly beefy dish. We recommend cooking at a low temperature for 6-8 hours.

We have added our modern style of butchery to this ‘old school’ cut. We have combined the chuck eye, with our 35 day dry aged rib caps. This gives a deeper dry aged flavour, while protecting the heavily marbled chuck eye.
