Picanha Steak



A fairly new and fashionable cut. Picanha is inspired by South American butchery and the ‘gaucho’ style of cooking over a flame. Full of flavour and a beautifully succulent and tender steak. The picanha can be cooked as a steak or cooked as a larger piece and sliced at the table in order to produce a real show stopping experience. These are dry aged for 28 days in order to enhance the flavour. Sold as 1kg joints.
