This Welsh lamb is deliciously flavoursome as the lamb has grazed clover and herb rich pastures. The shoulder has bundles of flavour and depth and the leg joint has natural streaks of fat which melt away to keep the meat juicy and tender when roasted. The chops from this naturally reared Welsh lamb are juicy and tender and left on the bone for maximum flavour. Grill, griddle or pan fry the chops to release maximum flavour and sweetness.
